wienerschnitzel CASE STUDY

In my fall 2018 semester at Marshall University, I was in a Advertising Strategy and Execution class to go towards my minor in Advertising, where I partake in a case study for Wienerschnitzel, a hot dog chain primarily found in the Southwest. My group and I gathered extensive research on the fast food chain and presented this information. I designed the case study in InDesign drawing off of Wienerschnitzel’s brand identity.

Wienerschnitzel is the World’s Largest Hot Dog Chain with more than 330 restaurants that can be seen primarily located in the Southwest. Wienerschnitzel has been ahead in restaurant industry sales for years. However, the sales increase minimally by 4-5% or remain the same. What Wienerschnitzel needs is something that would create a spike in their yearly increases. The research we performed was approached with the mindset of how we could determine key positive association factors from target consumers and use them to create something trend-worthy that the Wienerschnitzel company and hot dog industry as a whole can capitalize on.
